[glow=red,2,300]Kandy's Greatest Moments[/glow]
Highlights of an Interview with Kaylee Michelle about her greatest moments in her Wrestling Career.
HWW Early Days
Kandy: I was a model. Not as long as my friend Torrie Duggan, but still for a pretty long time. But in the first year of my modelling career I went on a vacation to Philadelphia. I was a huge wrestling fan back then, and I knew that Philadelphia was the true home of Extreme Championship Wrestling, one of my favourite organizations at the time. I went to one show called ECW Barely Legal in 1997 and it blew my mind away.
I visited the place because they were still showing these sort of Hardcore reunions of some of the ECW alumni, and I actually got to meet Kid Kash. He introduced me to the Franchise Shane Douglas who asked if I could take part in one of the shows better known as "Hardcore Women's Wrestling" and I accepted. I didn't know what was going to happen, but I spent my entire vacation just preparing for one match. So you could say that I was the first one out of me, Torrie, Jenny & Karly who started wrestling. I prepared, but I didn't know what match-type it was (laughs).
Well the night finally came and it turned out that it was an "Extreme Bra & Panties" match (laughs harder) and I was told to wear something really skimpy! I couldn't believe it, so I called my parents, and they were against, but I still carried on with it (giggles). As long as I was making hard money! (laughs). It was against Francine, but it turned out to be a great match. Lots of the women got involved in the match, and even Nancy Beniot (RIP) got involved. She came out with a Singapore Cane just like the Sandman would have, and I held Francine in a DDT position, pulling up her skirt, and she smacked Francine right in the rear end with the stick. I saw a huge red mark on her backside afterwards. However I didn't win the match because Jazz held me down. She was a very strong woman, I think I underestimated them all.
Even though it was disgraceful, the fans seemed to enjoy it, and it was the most funnest time in my Wrestling career as it was my first match. Personally I would have stayed in that promotion if I didn't have to go back to Miami Beach where my parents told me to come back at the time.
VOW Days
Kandy: That night really had my thirst for wrestling stronger. When I went back to Miami I searched all over the web for another promotion with open slots for me to be apart of. Then I found one called "Virtual Online Wrestling", and when I looked up on the roster I saw Torrie Duggan's name up on there!
Torrie: While Kaylee was gone in Philadelphia and heard about her wrestling in The Arena then I just lost my mind. And I wanted a piece of the action. I don't know, but I think that I was just jealous of her because I felt like I was the biggest wrestling fan out of us lot.
Kandy: I applied and was accepted. I caught up with Torrie and told her that I applied too. Although she already managed a Tag Team towards the Tag Team Championships and had defeated lots of their new guns and I wanted to make a good impression too.
We started going to the shows with each other and I was introduced to Rikishi. He suggested that us two start a Rivalry, and so we did.
Torrie: Rikishi, who was sort of like the expert at the time, suggested us two do a rivalry. Although I was willing to do anything in a match, but I was't sure if Kaylee was feeling the same way. We started out with some regular matches, but Rikishi said that that wasn't enough!
Kandy: We competed quite frequently and then Rikishi suggested that we go a bit more extreme. We said "What do you mean?" and he said that we should do some more "Adult" matches like Bikini Contests and Paddle on a Pole Spanking matches (laughs)
Torrie: When he suggested the different match types that we should do then we just started having fun from then on. It wasn't really top-of-the-notch pro wrestling but still we had fun, the fans had fun, and everything was just a blast.
Kandy: I think that we could have gone a lot more extreme if I wasn't released. They didn't tell me why I was released. Me and Torrie were in shock when we found out. We had spectacular matches and memoriable moments. And after all that I was just released. Torrie stayed behind but I just gave up wrestling at that point. It was a hard time for me.
Torrie: It was a hard time for Kaylee and I saw it in her eyes. I stayed in VOW however to continue with my singles career. I was having too much fun there. I felt sorry for Kaylee but I thought that if she could having a brief career in HWW then why can't I in VOW?
