EWA has decided that the number 6 top story isn't a story but one man. That man is Jamez Hardy.
Jamez Hardy weather he is Chain Ganing or Xpanding your Imaginenation is quite possibably one of the greatest Underdog stories off all time. But lets really take a look at this man's career.
Jamez Hardy day 1, a fresh upstart immediately put into EWA Smash Divison Championship match. As quoted by EWA.com on the orignal story, Jamez Hardy dominated for most of his debut match, however lost out to Fatal Four Way rules. Then he would fall victim in his next couple of matches to the likes of Maverick Jones and yet another title match when Legendkiller snuck up on him and eliminated him.
Jamez was not looking so good especially when he was slated to face Jeff Hardy in a match for the spot in the legendary 5 sides of Hell. No one not even EWA.com gave him a chance against the undefeated Jeff Hardy. EWA.com reported he was placed into the match to lose. Fans and wreslters alike called him the greatest jobber of all time. Then it happened, Jamez Hardy beat Jeff Hardy cleanly shocking the word. But that wouldn't be the only shock he delivered as yet another upset on the road to Winter-Feast when he unseated the present day United States Champ HBB and EWA United World Champion Icekid as well as a then United States Champion Mr. P when he rolled up Icekid for the victory. Suddenly people were giving him a chance. Polls showed that he was second most likely to win the match behind The Anti-Hero Zel. Enter 5 Sides of Hell. Jamez Hardy gambled and found the Money in the Bank contract. Jamez however would fall victim to the eventual winner Icekid and was impailed into the barb wire. The end of Jamez Hardy...
Jamez then went on yet another set of losses to the likes of Icekid in a 5 Side of Hell rematch, to losing tag matches, failing on several attempts to capture both the Smash Divison Championship and the Inter-Transversal Championship, being screwed away by EKS. All seemed lost, getting just one victory since his 5 Side of Hell Match. Suffering at the hands of men bigger then him, stronger then him. Jamez Hardy wanted to quit on many occasions. For awhile he did quit. He even did come back, but to fail at winning the Smash and Inter-Transversal Championships again.
Then Nathan Cadge entered the picture. A unique tag match where the winning team would claim both the Inter-Transversal Championship and the Smash Division Championship. Suddenly Jamez Hardy was pinning then Smash Champion Domino. It was over. Jamez Hardy suddenly had EWA gold. His celerbration was cut short as Nathan Cadge, his own partner assaulted him, almost breaking him in half. Once again EWA thought Jamez would never come back. But then one week later Jamez Hardy came back looking for revenge, challenging Cadge for the Inter-Transversal Championship. No one gave him a chance, but that notion was getting old. Three counts of the referee's hand later, Jamez Hardy pinned Nathan Cadge, winning his second title. Cadge would challenge for the IT title again, but felt it better to beat the living hell out of Jamez Hardy instead. Then it was announced, the I Quit match. The man who quit would leave EWA forever. Once again, only those who have learned, the few gave Jamez Hardy a chance. And why should they? Nathan Cadge had injured several people including Jamez Hardy himself. Rise to Demise the showdown. And Jamez Hardy was knocked out within 30 seconds. Just as Jamez Hardy began trying to get up, it pissed Nathan Cadge off the last time. Nathan Cadge left EWA, Quiting the match never to return. The Underdog story of Jamez Hardy sent him away for good.
Jamez Hardy has truely earned the right to be number 6 on EWA's List This greatest stories.
